Spyderco is a proud supporter of the Breast Cancer
Network of Strength™ and has donated $2500 and plans to continue
supporting the organization with future donations based on the sales of the
Pink Native. This organization, formerly known as Y-ME National Breast Cancer
Organization®, provides immediate emotional relief to anyone
affected by breast cancer. Their mission through information, empowerment
and peer support, ensures no one faces breast cancer alone.
YourShoes™
is Breast Cancer Network of Strength’s peer support program that includes a
24/7 breast cancer support center staffed by trained breast cancer survivors
providing peer support through a toll-free hotline, e-mail and support groups.
The organization raises money to fund YourShoes™, outreach programs,
breast health awareness workshops, wigs and prostheses banks for women with
limited resources, and advocacy on breast cancer related policies. Spyderco
extends our sincere appreciation for your purchase and support of the Breast
Cancer Network of Strength™.
Spyderco’s
Native Lightweight folder is designed and manufactured right here in the U.S. in Golden, Colorado. It’s one of our best dollar values
with luxury CPM®-S30V blade steel and refined ergonomics. Those
looking for an exceptional everyday carry pocketknife have officially
popularized it to must have status. Now even hotter, it’s available with
a pink handle.
The Native's
blade uses powdered-metallurgy technology steel called CPM® S30V
with elevated carbon content, appreciably improving edge retention so the knife
stays sharper longer. Textured fiberglass reinforced nylon (FRN) pink handle
has Bi-Directional Texturing®. Mid-way along the spine, a
back-lock disengages the blade using one-hand and has the added safety of a
David Boye dent. An ambidextrous steel clip carries tip-up.
