Having a few kitchen knives in shirogami (White steel), I've come to appreciate it and think it would be very interesting to see the patinas that would develop on a Mule. Doubly so for a Blue #1 or Superblue version.

Thanks for doing this! I was on the fence about getting the T15 version, but I've just put an order in. The AEB-L version was my first Mule and I like it a lot. As time goes on I've also come to appreciate knives that will retain that "freshly sharpened' feel. I'm really looking forward to tryi...
