Did anyone watch the Florida State game? That was truly weird, and painful.

Re: NCAA Football 2023

Georgia finally looked like they were firing on all cylinders. I hope they can keep that going for the rest of the season (and the postseason). I wonder who is going to take the Texas A&M job? Everyone is talking about Dan Lanning, but if I were Lanning, I'd stay at Oregon for several more years...

I'd want a serrated, salt fixed blade. Probably the Jumpmaster 2.

The risk these days must be more a single missile from a rogue state or terrorist dirty bomb, in which case a full tank of fuel will probably suffice.
I'm not sure I'm as confident in that as you are. China and North Korea both have a lot more than one bomb.

Re: NCAA Football 2023

The Georgia-Missouri game was certainly exciting. Missouri definitely brought their A game.

Re: The Last Gun You Bought

I remember dreaming of owning a Seecamp many years ago. I was never able to pick one up. Fortunately, tiny pocket pistols are now much more common. I own a Kahr in 380 that is very, very small, as well as a 9mm Kahr and the Sig P365, all for pocket carry. The site system on the Sig is pretty cool. I...

Re: NCAA Football 2023

Michigan now has three active investigations; 1). FBI seized computers and is investigating, but there is very little information. It seems like it might be a point shaving (betting) thing, where the OC was winning games and intentionally losing to the spread to make money? 2). Recruiting violations...

Re: NCAA Football 2023

I feel like Colorado players posting merchandise for sale on instagram at halftime showed just a wee bit of overconfidence.

Re: NCAA Football 2023

I definitely don't see how the voters keep ranking Georgia first. Michigan looks much more impressive. If those two teams had played yesterday, I'm sure Michigan would have won. I'm a Georgia fan and I think they need to move down in the poll. Which would definitely help provide some motivation for ...

Re: NCAA Football 2023

Mercy, what a game! Ohio State defeats Notre Dame as time expires! The Irish defense played absolute lights out all night.....just a shame they lost this game. If they had put 11 players on the field, the defense might have pulled it out at the end. Are you serious Tom? You mean they only had 10?!?...

Re: NCAA Football 2023

It's interesting that when Colorado went 1-11 in 2022, they actually did _better_ against Oregon. 2022 score: 49-10. (Oregon by 39 points) (https://www.espn.com/college-football/game/_/gameId/401404030) 2023 score: 42-6. (Oregon by 36 points) (https://www.espn.com/college-football/game/_/gameId/4015...

Re: NCAA Football 2023

I'm also feeling for Doc Dan after last weekend. I'm holding my breath because it looks like it's going to be a rough season for the SEC. Hopefully the Tide recover and Saban pulls them back together for the rest of the season.
