Some more Victorinox issues and questions, I would welcome all of your views: 1 If you had a choice between one of the new Alox handled lock blade folders that have a single blade, vs, one of the lock blade Victorinox folders that have multi blades, like the Ranger or other series, which would you c...

Naperville, do you like the Benchmade Bugout? It looks like a good folder.

Here is a video I found on youtube:

I’d prefer Spyderco to invest in expanding its US manufacturing ability.
I agree with that.

Re: I have to be honest, flipper detents need to be stronger.

I am glad you made this post. One of the main reasons that steer me away from flippers, Spyderco or other, is this very issue.

Also, I do not like the look of the steel flipper sticking out from the handle, that's just a cosmetic issue for me.

Internet Movie Firearms Database

This shows various weapons used in movies. I wish there was a knife section.

JD: Just as a hypothetical scenario, if we had machines that could assemble precision steel knives with atomic precision, at dirt-cheap costs, and you could have a knife made with any steel you want, in any shape, what would you pick?

Re: Why do logical/rational arguments fail with some people?

Bloke, Mastiff, Naperville, and others: I have a question regarding using laughter. If one of us is somewhere and a person is trying to rile us up or harass us or whatever else, and we decide to use laughter, and joking at them, to mentally disarm them, instead of yelling or projecting anger, what i...

Re: Yet another Counterfeit eBay seller

Meat Man and others, do you think this is true? Someone told me that in China there are literally tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of factory buildings and they are mass producing so much goods that the discount store chains in America and elsewhere are only selling the tip of the ice ...

Precisely, Doc, that is along the same lines I was thinking. It would be interesting to see what new models and remakes of present/current models they would produce, especially with input from the local people.

Re: Saber Grinds Revisited: Love, Hate, Indifference?

Jazz, if Spyderco offered a folding with a 3.5 inch blade made from a good stainless steel, with a somewhat reverse curve drop point blade and a saber grind to it, and a FRN/Zytel handle, and a lockback, would you get one and enjoy using it, or not?

Spyderco Manufacturing Location question.

Would Spyderco ever consider establishing knife production in places such as Thailand, India, or other nations, if the people and the machines and materials were available to produce quality knives according to their specifications, or not at this time? Just wondering.
