My vertical “All Users” submission for this years contest is in!
Final Answer > H1 Spyderhawk, Aqua, USN Catcherman
I live on the West Coast, spend tons of time on the water, various rivers and ocean conditions. I own multiple Spyderco H1 knives and can honestly say these 3 have changed my life. If you could call a knife a friend, these would be my stomping buddies. While these may be past discontinued versions, they live on in my life and I’m never without…….
I’m excited to see this years submissions. Thank you to the Spyderco family, team, and those who know for this continued opportunity. SPYDERCO!!!!

2019 Calendar Submission: "Stormborn Salty"
These two knives (as well as several other Salts) have proven to be unparalleled examples of purpose built and designed cutlery from Spyderco. They have been with me swimming, fishing, cleaning and so much more. Every time I leave home with even the slightest notion that water could come into play, a Salt series hawkbill as well as a plain edge companion replace anything else I may have planned to carry.
Thank you again to Spyderco for the terrific products, outstanding service, unconditional integrity and general love for what you do. This year's contest proves to be another interesting one.

Re: 2019 Forum Calendar Contest!
Firstly thank you Spyderco for this amazing competition.
Good luck to everyone who enters it is going to be a tough year. Every Year the photos get better and better.
This year i would like to submit something from spring season. I have chosen the Spyderco Spot Black Micarta for this years entry, this is a beautiful knife and i believe this beauty should be featured in this next years calendar. (Holding Thumbs)

Re: 2019 Forum Calendar Contest!
This is my first post on the forum. The calendar contest has inspired me to finally join. Ive enjoyed looking at all the entries so far.
Recently, I saw a marshy area with a large amount of lily pads off the side of a highway. It gave me the idea for this image. The actual photography was done at a different location, which worked out well because there were some koi present, and they added some beautiful color and interest to the image.
The Dragonfly seemed like a natural choice for the image for obvious reasons. The Dragonfly has such great ergonomics, is so very lightweight, and all in a nice compact package.

Re: 2019 Forum Calendar Contest!
With all the terrific photos being posted of the Salt series, my humble effort doesn't look like it has much chance but here goes:
(Sorry, I can't seem to get it to post the picture vertically)
Pacific Salt SE.
This photo was taken last Saturday after I had put it to hard work clearing brush. I was really impressed with the cutting power of the blade - and I can say that it's starting to win me over to SE.
In the photo, I wanted to try to capture the aggression and cutting power of those razor sharp serrations. And as you can see the blade is already starting to get a nice, well-used look. :)

Blade HQ Lum Tanto Folder C46GHAP40P
My Fiance, son and I were able to take our first family vacation a few weeks back. We are from Florida where everything is flat so we decided to go up to the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. Through our adventures we came across this little river where the water was flowing beautifully. We really enjoyed ourselves on our first family vacation and cannot wait to go back!

Model: Paramilitary-2 S110v Blurple G10
I was always a fan of Paramilitary-2. With the advent of the version with steel S110V, this knife became even more loved by me and for a long time eclipsed all other knives becoming a true helper in my hikes to the mountains.

Thanks! It took a little bit of maneuvering to get that effect.
