The hunting camp special! First time I had it was in the middle of nowhere.

Pork chops: salt pepper and garlic

Refried beans: cooked in same pan after pork

Tortillas: Guerrero - ready to cook

Cheese: if you have it. Not necessary and usually don’t on this.

Baby backs on a flat top experiment.

Roasted chicken, scratch gnocchi and green beans.







Tossed the chicken & gnocchi in a home made alfredo sauce after I sauteed the gnocchi.

Your daughter will remember stuff like this forever. awesome.

filets & roasted potatos. caramelized onion to top steaks with. (not pictured) mango sorbet for dessert, first time trying to make it from scratch.

After 2.5 hours of trick or treating I cooked some lamb tacos with fresh homemade pico and pickled onions to finish off the night. Hit the spot!






Kiddo asked for thirds! Pretty sure that's a first for her, lol.

Outstanding! I’ve got a 12-yo who request red onions on lots of things now. Surprised the heck out of me!

slow day so I'm messin around feedin my crew. did some sliders with smoked gouda, carm onion and bbq, now doin ciniminis.
