Received my "Toad" about a week ago (only my third Spydie of MANY to come!) As a charter member of the "What kind of a name is THAT?" Club, I have a question: why does the "signature" on the blade say "D' holder" (with a SMALL letter "h"<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>? IMHO, shouldn't it read "D'A. Holder" or "D. Holder" (with a CAPITAL "h"<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>?? Sorry, I'm not only a writer but also an Olympic caliber nitpicker and proofreader.
