Replacement Black Military Blade?

Is it possible to purchase just a replacement blade with black DLC for my Military? I purchased a new one just before I discovered the black blades would be coming out.

I see little reason to get a whole new knife (except to start all over again) as I have tuned this liner and pivot setup to my liking. Or, may I send in my original blade to be coated with DLC?

I highly doubt that you would be able to get a new blade because that would mean taking apart your milie and voiding the warrantee.

Too late, already had it apart several times for the tweaking... I think this is an overlooked bonus for the Military !

maybe I'll look into a third party solution for DLC coating.
