Hi people,
Well saturday 17.April.2004 was a red letter day for me. I took delivery of my C45OR rescue Jr.
This is the biggest Spyderco as yet that i have. It's a beautiful orange and the blade is awesome. I like the words "Rescue 79 mm" etched on the blade (minus the quotation marks). It's my EDC for the next 2 weeks at least.
The action was a bit stiff and sticky but then i spent 1 hour working the blade with my singer multipurpose oil and old worn out jocks. It's now silky smooth and i like the idea of the interchangeable clip. This is the first of mine with this feature.
You know...i think the knives come *deliberately* sticky from Spyderco because that forces you to hold your knife, give it lots of TLC and get to know it better
All in all a great knife and looking forward to years of good use with all my Spydies.
Have a great day.
Kaizer.
A door half open is a door half closed. But a knife half open is a knife fully closed.
