Anyone know if they're a reputable site to deal with? I ask because I seem to have run into a rather large problem with them; I was using their online shopping cart to do some price comparisons, and just last night I received an e-mail that said I had been placed on their mailing list because I recently ordered from them.
Thing is, I never completed the transaction, so I'm worried that someone else might have used my account to place an order. I sent them an e-mail last night, but this morning I received a notice that it has been "delayed."
Any ideas on what I can/should do? I can't imagine that someone stole my credit card number from the site, as it's not stored anywhere, but all the same I worry that I'm going to be charged for something that I didn't actually purchase.
(BTW, yes, I tried phoning, but I never received an answer.)
