I am pleased to announce the current availability of two "sprint" models.

The "Spur" Sprint is a remake of the original Spur. Changes from the original model include;

*The stainless handle is a little thinner overall

*The knife is a little lighter overall

*The Kraton insert is gray instead of black

*The clip is an all stainless clip (CoPilot length) tip down RH only (no Kraton in the clip)

*The 2-1/16" blade is hollow ground VG-10 instead of GIN-1

*The knife is available in plain edge or combination plain/serrated

We only made 1200 pieces. It is a one shot Sprint run.

---------------------------------------------

The Wayne Goddard "Sprint" is a remake of the original FRN version. Changes from the original version include;

*The FRN handle is gray instead of black. (The gray color was selected by Wayne. He picked up a pieces of forged steel flakes When we were at the Ed Schempp "Hammer in" and said "match this". We send the steel flakes to Seki to be matched).

*The L/R tip up clip is bead blasted.

*The hollow ground blade is VG-10 instead of ATS-55

*The model is available in plain edge or combination plain/serrated

We only made 1200 pices. It is a one shot "Sprint" run.

Kelly (our Sales manager) says I'm getting better at keeping new products a secret.

Great news! They both sound excellent! I only hope that collectors in the UK are able to get our hands on them.

Regards Ken

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Sal,

Will you folks be doing numbered collector versions of these knives? .... and will they all be variations or considered new knives?

We'll be letting our UK distributor know today. You might put a bug in his ear.

Edgr Bros in Macclesfield.

Collectors that get variations will get theirs.

Great news, Sal! Same questions as everybody else, I guess:

- What will each model retail for?
- Will the Factory Outlet be stocking them?

Thanks for the goodies!

Hi Timlara, I didn't get the prices. I'm guessing MSRP on the Spur is about $100 and the Goddard is about $75.

The store will have them mid next week. You might call and check though.

Thanx for wanting the goodies.

Sounds good. I tend to drop by and bug 'em at the SFO at least every other week or so. I may as well just dismiss with the formalities and set up a direct deposit from my payroll! <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Mahalo Sal!

The Goddard to me was one of your &quot;better&quot; knives and i am glad it's back! I had the opportunity to MBC one a while back and it was great!

Just hope I'll be able to get one!

God bless,
Chad

God will put you over...if you let Him! John 14: 13,14...try it, it WORKS!

Very exciting news! I almost bought an overpriced Goddard in Japan last month. Now I am glad I waited. Now I must go turn over the couches looking for coins...

Wow! I would love to pick up the Goddard! Any chance of setting one aside for me Sal? Could I pick it up at next years IWA show? Or can I buy direct? Thanks!

I just got my PE Sprint Spur today and LOVE it! Very slim, sharp and with a rock solid lockup. This is going to get a lot of carry to work. I will try to post a scan later.
