Integral clip Merlin value???

I got a NIB AUS-8 Merlin with the old style plastic integrated clip. I've seen plastic clipped delicas or enduras sell for more than modern models, and was wondering what this group's opinion was on its value. Thanks in advance.

PS: and Allen my dad loves the Harpy. I think we finally got him convinced on the merits of a quality knife. I even gave it to him in a small Spyderco case.
