I am having a hard time locating a Matriarch. I need one for my little brother's B-day next month. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate the help.

Do a search on 'spyderco matriarch' on www.froogle.com and you'll get several hits.
You might want too avoid the first hit though (botach tactical, some forumites have reported problems ordering there.
