I just read a great article on the Gunting, by Massad Ayoob, in the latest issue of Shotgun News. The Gunting was one of three knives that he liked for 2001. Massad even mentioned the instructional videotapes and seminars offered by Bram. The recent Tactical Knives article on the Gunting failed to do that. This is the best article on the "G" I have read to date. Way to go Bram. Wishing you continued success on this revolutionary knife design.

Sorry dude, I'm not really sure of the date on that issue of Shotgun News. For some reason "May '01" pops into my head at the moment. It was on the newstand at Borders when I read it yesterday. Does any of the Gunting Cult Members know exactly?

Picked it up an hour ago!!! It's May 7th. Haven't has a chance to read it though...Thanks for the heads up...

Mas did a great job..it was just shown to me...hmm where do I get a copy of that issue of Shotgun news???????
I'm very flattered that Mas thinks so highly of the GUNTING & Gunting system...
Wow..innovative knife of 2001...
I supposed to go teach @ LFI for Mas's instructors...as soon as he contacts me...

Still waiting for this issue to hit the stands up here. The only one I can find is the April 23rd edition.

For the record, the Tactical Knives article on the Gunting included a dedicated &quot;sidebar&quot; article on accessories - to include videos, trainers, kydex holsters, etc. It was killed in its entirety by the advertising folks at Harris because one of the companies listed in the article had allegedly not paid for its TK ads in quite some time.

thats a shame that Harris publications cut out the sidebar without checking further..
and deprived the readers of more writing from Mike and his opinions of the accessories etc available..Oh well
Tactical Knives mades a bad choice in my mind but hey. thats business...
