Custom Wegner Folder

I have owned a couple of Spyderco Wegners, and loved the knives. Been looking for a custom version for a while now, and have one on the way. ATS-34 blade, black checkered micarta scales, # 19, made by Phil Boguszewski. Anyone own both the custom and production models?

I dont own that custom version, but I have a custom framelock version and the original custom micarta version.

Shootist16, got any more info on them? Also, until mine arrives later today, how do the customs compare to the production versions? Is the other version the one with the polished micarta?

Yesy my other one has the polished Micarta. Fit and finish on both are excellent. The production version is one of my all time favorite production knives. The customs are better, as they should be.

I have a picture somewhere of a Ti framelock version. I'll try to dig it up.

Received the Boguszewski with checkered micarta, ad listed it as new! Heads up! Had to return it. Bevels on both sides were scratched from handle to tip. If anyone see's this knife for sale, stay away! But I was lucky enough to find a mint replacement, with polished micarta scales. Don't own a camera, so I had to steal the pic.
