Flitz should work well.

Okay, I'll admit it--I have used Flitz on my knives (satin or stonewash finish blades only). A notice on the bottle says, "USDA Authorized for use in Federally inspected Meat & Poultry Plants." Does anyone know if this means that the knife is safe for cutting food after polishing with Flitz? Oh, btw, it nicely cleans up stains and fingerprints.

Hi Toothed. You might contact Flitz on that. Peter Jentz, the president is a very nice man and I'm sure they'll help you out.
