Hi,
Now, I have the Uk Penknife :D . I don't have used them at this time but I can say that I have a very good impression. Like the other Spyderco, the blade is very sharp, the finish is perfect. I can't stop to play with it... opening easy ...and closing to with one hand (that's very strange for a penknife). The design, the mecanism are very simple and perfect for many use and grip position.
I like the spyder very much on the blade, I think I prefer a color clip like the DoDo (it's just a little detail !), but a bronze clip is less visible out of the pocket (the knife become totaly invisible).
At this time, it's now the only one EDC I want... and I have it !!!
Thanks to Sal and forumites !
Antoine.
And you, what do you think about it ? :D :D :D sorry !

I carry mine clipped to my waistband with the clip behind my belt.Accessability is not really fast in this position but it is virtually invisable and I cannot "feel" it when worn in this position.I wish Sal would make more deep carry wire clip models.

Glad to hear yours arrived and that your pleased with it Antoine. I got mine from Razorsharp last week and, while it won't replace my Stretch for EDC, I agree that the design certainly has the potential to be an excellent EDC piece. It would certainly be the knife I'd take with me if I were headed someplace where locking folders were prohibited. If Sal sees fit to make some more, perhaps I'll grab another and smooth the scales down a bit, as I find the G10 a tad rough for my taste. Agree with mrd74 that the deep carry wire clip is great, though I honestly think the design used on the Meerkat is superior to this one. I do wish it had two things; a lanyard hole and a spanish notch, but assume the lack of these features is intentional, and reflects the desires of the design team.

Glad you like yours! I've had mine for about a week now and love it. :D
The added advantage for me being it was designed for EDC in the UK, however, role specific, the Delica will ride in the jeans when appropriate. ;)
Did I mention I qualified for an engraved design team version?!!!! :D :D

Question for The Deacon. What is the complete address of Razorsharp? I am trying to locate a UK Pen.Their name in the "real world" is Sawyer's Cutlery (http://shop.store.yahoo.com/sawyerscutlery/info.html), razorsharpknife is the name they sell under on eBay, and that's how I got mine, I got lucky in an eBay auction.

The Penknife has certainly made me rethink the whole lock situation. I've been carrying my Penknife for nearly two weeks, and in that time not once have I needed a lock. For all EDC tasks so far the Penknife has been perfect.
For me, the bottom line is that the Penknife allows me carry a high tech folder by my favourite manufacturer and remain within the law.
Perfect ;)
