We have found that is very difficult to take in knives from other makers. Different steels, different grinds, different expectaions create more problems than it's worth. We sharpen as a courtesy, not revenue.

If you live close to the factory, you are welcome to come in and sharpen your own knife at the outlet store, our skilled sales people will help and educate you.
