Just a quick thread to tell UK Ken I made his recipe from the thread "cooking 101" started by Dr. Lecter (Sorry but I didn't have time and ingredients to do yours :( ...next week end :o ...) ...

It's called "Klephtiko" and its, I think, the easiest way to get the full flavour out of lamb (I'll try with shark steak next time :D ). The secret is, like always in cooking, first grade fresh ingredients...

Just a funny fact: My wife is not that happy that I carry a knife, less that I collect them.. And when I told her it was a recipe I got from a mate on :spyder: forum YIKES!!!! ("It's not enough you keep all these weapons in the house, you have to bring knife recipes... What's next, bed sheets?!?" ) But once she had a taste of it... And finished her plate and started picking in my plate... I think she was sold...
This Klephtiko is defenitly a keeper...

Next week end:
-Simon, where is that great dessert coming from?
-It's a recipe from Dr. Hannibal Lecter...
-GULP... Choke... LOL

There is always time; it will be worth the wait.

LOL! By all means have a little fun with this! By the way, the recipe in question actually hails from the Biltmore Estate Kitchen. Thought you would all want to know...

My warmest regards, my friend. When you do prepare it, please let me know how you like it... :D
