new jester /sharpmaker for me

I just wanted to let you guys know I just got done ordering myself a sharpmaker and a blk FRN SE jester.I hear people rave about the sharpmaker,so I had to get one.For some reason the jester caught my eye when I was ordering,so I said "what the heck" and got one for around $20.00.I got the serrated edge because it should cut better for a small blade. Now the only bad part is waiting the 2-6 business days for my package to get here.I'll probably write a review when I get my stuff. :D

hope you got some knives ready to be sharpened, cause the sharpmaker can be very addictive too... sometimes I just ruin an edge on purpose just to use it. I'm definitely lost to the :spyder: disease... :rolleyes: ;)

I used to sharpen some knives of a colleague to convince him he needed a Sharpmaker. Now that he owns one I miss his dull knives.

The Sharpmaker is Amazing!!! Great choice in getting one. It gets the job done.

I always considered sharpening to be an inconvenience of owning and using knives. That's why I like high-grade steel. The process is tedious at best, but in the end the sharp edge is worth it.

But hey, I'll send you guys my knives to sharpen. hehe ;) :D
