Loc-tite is a must in your situation
Red loctite is non/removable
blue is removable /
you can remove the red if you heat it up slightly.
Red is what I usually recomend
P.s. Wearing any clip-it style knife in the back pocket has always been a bad over all experience with me and worn alot of different ones in my days back there(and broken them as well)Hope this helps

Loc-tite will definitely do it. Your situation is common when you have metal to metal contact. Much less common when your screws go through a material like G-10 or wood or carbon fiber, etc. The material acts to "lock up" the screws.

thanks knifenerd on a G-10 scales does the screws thread into the G-10 or the metal liner and the G-10 acts as a washer?

The G-10(or any other similar material) acts as a washer. The screws thread into the metal. Metal-to-metal frequently requires Loc-tite to avoid the annoying problem of the screws loosening.
