I stopped in at the Spyderco booth to say hello to Sal and Joyce. I also had time to

play with the prototypes.

The ATR is great. It fits the hand well and is easy to index with the holes in the handle. The blade shape is unique. This is

one I am definately going to get when they hit the market. It may replace my Civilians.

The Salsa is a very cool design. I love the shape of the blade. The lock on it is the cool part. It makes it a one hand opener and a easy one hand closer.

The Perrin Bowie is a useful knife. It is the right size and fits the hand. It is not too big or too small. This one is going to be part of my collection.

I didn't get to see the Spyderco balisong since it isn't a prototype. I will buy at least two of these if Sal decides to make a Balisong. There is a discussion about this on the balisong forum of Bladeforums. Please drop in and contribute.

I had a great time and I am looking forward to purchasing all the new Spydercos.

I have never seen a comapany as well run as Spyderco. I have been happy with all of my Spyderco knives. I have had a few problems but they were all taken care quickly and in a polite manner.

I would like to thanks Sal for taking the time to listen to his customers and participate in these forums.
