I've got the same black bladed Lum but with an ATS-55 plain edge.
The G10 versions are getting to be as sought after as the titanium handle versions these days.

That knife is one of my favorite EDCs. Mine also is ATS-55. I think the VG-10 is much more collectible because I really have a tough time finding that one in VG-10. There were certainly a lot more ATS-55s out there. But that is all right though because both metals are superb in my book. I almost wish I would have never used mine because just last night a Titanium version went for $212 on Ebay. I also think that the PE versions of that blade are a little more rare than the CE. If I am wrong then tell.

PE is definetly more harder to find. Mine is a user I got in a trade...wish it was minty though :(

I have one of these and it's one of my favorite Spydies. It's one of the "beefiest" ones in my collection, the sound of it locking up is second only to my large Wegner.
I would agree that the combo edge is the most common, I have never seen one of these with a plain edge in person. I think that New Graham Knives still has these listed on their website(in both VG-10 and ATS-55)

I hope to receive a PE G10 version very soon and I promise it won't stay new for long.
I really thought $200 would be enough to win the PE Ti version too but I was proven wrong once again.
I think I have to start sniping but in general auctions end in the middle of the night which makes it a bit difficult for me. Maybe I should hire someone to do the sniping for me.

I think we are seeing the beginning of a trend. I think you will start seeing all of the Bob Lums going for over $200. Just the average price of the big Dyad has gone way up from last year. I even saw one go for $285 here this last spring. But the Lums really have a mystique about them and I think they are only going to get more coveted as time goes on. I made a terrible mistake of selling one of my Lum Chinese blades for $130 here about a month ago. I am really regreting that one at leisure. But there are a few models that will explode and we are seeing the beginning of it. ;) :spyder:

I am glad I bought a green PE Chinese Lum for €70 about a month ago and I am glad I finally won an auction for a PE G10 one recently. The PE Ti Lum has shown to be more elusive unfortunately but I am sure I will find one.
The fixed Lum included I will soon have 3 out of 4. Not too bad for a beginner.

FRIZThe Ti and both G10 versions have a 3 13/16" blade, 5" handle, and weigh 5.1 oz. The Ti version is drilled for tip up and tip down RH carry. The catalog says the G10 versions are tip up RH only. Don't have a G10, so can't verify that, perhaps someone who does, will.

The G-10 version is RH tip up only.
The Deacon's correct again!

BruceterThanks Brucester, I've learned the hard way that the realities of the publishing industry, with its long lead times, mean that an annual catalog must be finalized and sent to the printers six months or more before release, so descriptions and photos that were correct at the time the catalog was "put to bed" may no longer be accurate by the time it is distributed. There have also been a few cases where the ad copy was just flat out wrong to begin with, and the proofreader did not catch the error. So I put more faith in the observations of someone who actually owns a given model than in the printed page.

Had to steal this pic until I get a new camera, hope the gentleman doesn't mind. I have the identical knife! G-10 PS with a satin blade, great knife. Only reason I prefer the G-10 version is that it has duel liners which centers the blade, TI version has one liner, which puts the blade off center.
