Chinook clip changes?

I read on a post somewhere that the Chinook was going to be updated with a reversable tip-up or down clip. Can anyone confirm this?

If so, when will it be released?

I heard a rumor here in spydieland, that it will be also be R/L reversable as well as tip up/down.

We all start with 10 fingers. Those with Spydies have 9 to spare, Still need a thumb. Good thing I still have 8 to spare...
