Sorry, I have never used them.

I looked through the site a bit, and they seem a little high. Most are at least $10 or more than NGK.

I bought my first knife from them, SOG FLASH II tanto. Quick email replies and pretty cheap shipping, IIRC. My knife arrived in a few weeks, as expected. I'd give them the thumbs up.

watch the price because sometime it's really higher

for me it's perfect because even if the knife price is 10% higher they put low Custom Declaration prices so I always save some precious money!

I "panic ordered" what I thought was the Gray Calypso Jr, but I got the black one. This was probably my fault since I was in a hurry. They were a bit higher than NGK but they were the only ones that (I thought) had the Gray Caly Jr.
Fast enough service, though.
