Very nice knife and great pics, David.
I love the look of them but I am yet to handle one. I can see as soon as I do, it will hit high up the "wants list"!!

the thickness of the G10 handle is really impressive and the blade shape is gorgeous! I have to get one...

I gotta tell ya, I was going to get rid of this knife. I don't know what it is about it, but I just love it. The knife fits my hand perfectly. I love the green color (I didn't think I would). It's just a really well built, nicely made, beautiful knife.
Thanks Sal.
I think this knife has just become "my knife". I'm gonna EDC it and use the heck out of this bad boy.

Well, since you asked for it, I disagree with you about the Lil Temp. I think it's a great knife but it just doesn't appeal to me. I've handled it and it's a solid folder, but, as I stated in another thread, for a knife with that general build and blade shape I just have to go for the Para-Military, it's more my style.

I agree #9. Big time.
I have been flipping this thing open and closed and just looking at it and holding it. The Lil' Temp is freaking amazing.
It is THE most solid knife I have ever held (Manix included). It just blows me away. The thing fits in my hand like it would never ever slip out no matter what happened. Funny thing is it seems like it was designed for the reverse grip more so than the standard grip. My hand fits very well both ways but it fits best in reverse grip with the cutting edge facing forward.
I've always been a huge fan of the flat grind so that is a big plus. And the clip....good grief. The clip is beefy as heck. I want clips like that on more Spyderco knives. Plus with the 4 screws holding the clip that thing has NO movement what-so-ever.
Oh....and I love the thumb ramp that's molded into the G10. That is awesome.:D
Great knife. Great knife. Great knife.
The Lil' Temperance has renewed my love of Spyderco knives. Out of the 30 or so that I have owned/traded/sold this knife has the best quality and workmanship I have ever seen. On top of that it looks and feels like it will get the job done all the time.
I just can't say enough about this bad boy. :)
Cheers,
David

David, Yes Its Either A Knife That Clicks With You Or It Doesn't, But For Me Its One Of The Best Ever Made, Period. I Am A Lil Temp Believer! It Just Gives You A Feeling That It Will Get The Job Done No Matter Whats Asked! No Matter What!

Nice pics David. I have the same one and it is now one of my favorites. When I got it I wasn't sure if I would keep it, but the knife just grows on you. Fits my hand perfectly, very solid and I also love the green handle. I have had mine for maybe a month and just within the last week started to carry it every day, in back right pocket. I would love to get a SE version. Take care.

Yea I think between the Lil T and the Para I would need nothing else. I have to say Worker, those pics you take on the camo background are some of my favorites. So clear and containing my favorite subjects.
Nice David! One can't go wrong with Spyderco's best knife ever (IMHO) :D
Better grab the G-10's while they're still out there. The new ones are probably gonna be FRN and/or Ti

What more can be said (that hasn't already been said) about the venerable Lil' Temp? It ranks up there with the Paramilitary as my all time favorite :spyder: !I found a lil' visitor in my driveway today ....I couldn't resist!

I recently received my S30V plain edge Lil’ Temperance (Leaf) and I have to admit that it’s an impressive knife. Initially, it didn’t really appeal to me because I wasn’t really big on the color and the handle looked odd. After reviewing the specifications, I decided to take a chance and purchased the knife without handling it. You really can’t judge a knife by how it looks! When I received the knife, I noticed that it was built like a tank and it had great ergonomics. Further inspection of the knife made me appreciate the thick flat ground blade. I hope the Lil’ Temperance 2 will have similar characteristics as the original piece. I look forward to handling the titanium version. I know it’s a long wait, but I think it’ll be worth it.
:spyder:
I got my Lil'Temp yesterday. It is a great tank of a knife that is in my pocket today :D That CPM 440v takes a nice edge.Boy is this :spyder: SHARP!

After reading all this I think I'm going to let the Li'l Temp grow on me and start using it. It hasn't seen much daylight since I bought it. When I bought it, the blade seemed a little too short and "stumpy" to me so I never really gave the knife a fair change. Maybe a very stupid observation but the clip seems a bit vulnerable to me( but I guess I must be wrong?)

Hey spydutch! i've found clip to be sturdy But sharp!....it can fray your pockets if you're not careful....IMO the clip is the only thing i'd possibly "improve" on this knife although it looks cool!
