Baddest Spyderco!

I purchased a Santoku last week. One of my main passions aside from knives is cooking grilling bbq'ing and as long as I don't lop off a finger or thumb or fall into the grill or oven it's been great rehab stuff. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Anyway the Santoku makes me feel like a Benihana food prepper! I'm not sure if my guests appreciate the theatrics though. LOL Can't wait to get the rest of the Spydie kitchen knives.

They say there's a long tunnel with a bright light at the end. I've been there. it's just REALLY DARK!! :) LOL

Welcome to the club John. My Santoku is my favourite kitchen knife bar none, I whipped up a mean stir fry with it just last night. I love the shape and the steel holds the meanest edge. My sister-n-law wanted to borrow it a while back to slice some onions but I refused knowing she'd only end up cutting herself. Sure enough she didn't heed the warning and threw it in the bottom of the sink when she was washing up. A couple of band-aids later and she's a believer <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>.
