Now, Spyderco, Strider & CRK need to get together and make the best knife possible! :D - Just but the Lil Temp, Sebenza & Strider PT in a blender and it's done :p

Beautiful Seb you got there Ted!

Is that a large or small classic?
A user or a queen?

A striders' strength, Spyder cutting ability and opening hole, with CRK's fit and finish?

I think that may be the ultimate :spyder: collaboration, as well as the ultimate knife to some knife knuts. :D

Ted

I guess they must be a great knife from everything I have read and heard about them. It is one of the few knives I have not owned or handled but have always wanted to.

I will have to have one when my :spyder: collection is complete. ;)

I had a Sebbie, but I traded it for a Strider SNG.

I got to handle these at Blade. Real nice. I have a small regular "In God We Trust". I just can't seem to kick the Spydie habit long enough to pick up more CRKs (yet).

Nice, very nice. I'd love to see this little one, when we meet up. I'll bring my BG42 Large 'Benza (and Shadow IV as promised) to compare :D . A combo strider/spyder/reeve would be awesome! Maybe an idea for the forum knife? :p

Thanks Greencobra! The blade is stonewashed and the handles & micarta are bead-blasted.

What exactly is 'parkerized' ? I'm not familiair with that term.

Ted,
Pics look great. I took a few today. Have to see the opinion on the quality. Have you used the pack yet?

Yeah Chris - the pack is great. Have used it for several trips already where I wanted to carry my camera. Very handy with all the seperate pouches.

Ted...

Parkerizing or Phosphating is a metal finish that really gained in popularity during WW2 when the US Government was looking to replace the typical blued finish on most small arms with a Rust Resistant and Anti Reflective coating that would be both Durable and Abrasion Resistant and hold up in all weather extremes, for this they chose Parkerizing or Phosphating. :)
