Handle Steel Questions

What kind of steel is used in the SS versions of Spydercos? Do you use different types of steels in the handles? Do all companies use the same kind of steel? I'm betting not for the last question, but I had to ask.

Hi Thorin. I would prefer not to say exactly what steels we use in our handles. I can tell you that not all companies use the same steels in stainless handles. I can say that we use steels in some our stainless handles that other companies use in their blades. That's one of the reasons they last so long and stay together so well.
