Spyderco Neck Knives?

Just a thought here. I am a big fan of the neck knife. I've heard tell that Spyderco has a few fixed blades on the horizion, I'm just wondering if a neck knife is coming soon. Yes I've heard of the Kydex sheaths that allow you to carry a spydie folder but that's not quite the same.. Great idea mind you but it's not what I think of when I think neck knife. Well guys, is there any interest in a spyderco neck knife? Any preferences as to design, style?

I think it would be great if Spyderco made neck knives. I would like to see a neck knife along the lines of a fixed blade civilian, or of course the chinook.

A fixed blade Civilian? That would rock as a neck knife! It would definitely raise a few eyebrows. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> (or soil a few pants)

I have the perfect spyderco neck knife.
3&quot; blade serrated on both sides

Classic boot knife shape just a little fatter blade(broadleaf) say 1 1/2&quot; wide

Kraton or g-10 handle(maybe both).
Balanced and equal in weight to the blade.Mr.Janichs throwing attributes need entered here.Size should be comfortable to hold and wear.3.5&quot; with a slight thickness 1/2 - 3/4 inch.

Textured of course.

Middle of the blade will have the spyder bug lasered out like a &quot;Q&quot; in reverse,not only for looks ,but to lock it into the sheath(Kydex or concealex).Optional for belt carry as well.
VG-10 steel,maybe ATS-55.As long as the serrations have the long teeth like the endura and an optional double tanto point or traditional boot knife point

2.8&quot; blade, fully serrated, double edged done up civilian style! It would have the civilian reverse S curve on one side, hollow ground on the other. Black coated skelotonized SS handle, concealex sheath on breakaway neck chain, or horizontal and vertical belt carry!
