Only checked a couple web dealers. The Knife Center of the Internet has only the plain edge in the CF-scaled Civilian. They don't appear to have the G-10-handled model in stock. You can check here:

I also checked 1 Stop Knife Shop:

They list both the CF and G-10 models, with a much greater price bump for the CF.

I think some sellers are not carrying the Civilian in any form, because of Spyderco's initial marketing strategy and the limitations that placed on selling the knife. This even tho the restrictions have subsequently been removed.

No offense, but I suggest you have a bookmark/favorites file with the URLs of the web sellers you like, for quick reference. I even have the links to a couple favorites on the toolbar of my browser.
