I know, I know...
I just got my serrated Military, but I have to dream, don't I? Can't let the imagination cool down now, can I? And it will be a little while before I get it.
Anyway, I think that maybe a plain edged, flat ground G-10 Police model might be a great companion for my serrated stainless steel Police, or for the serrated Military - for those days when I don't want to carry two Millies. The other knife I have been thinking about is the stainless Police w/ plain edge but w/ my serrated version, that's a lot of stainless. The G-10 version would allow me to experience that variation as well. Sal speaks highly of it, as do others here. It occurs to me that it's flat ground blade w/ it's not-too-deep profile might be just the thing for cutting the centre out of apple slices for instance. You know... "making the curves" during a cut. Something that is hard to do with a "tall" blade design like the Calypso, etc.
I know, I'm getting silly. But If I can't talk to you folks about this then who can I confide in?
