Yeah, I heard bout this ages ago but never bothered looking into it, now Im looking into getting a car and this will be my 1st buy, dont you guys reckon this is a great tool.

Its a installation of two jets on either side of yar car, with a propane tank in the trunk, a activation keypad in ya car and a push button near your accelerator.
You get a gun put to your windscreen when you hi-jacked, make sure its activated, tap the switch and "WOOOOOMPF", kentucky fried hijacker, hehehe, rulz.
Unforunetly its only available in RSA at this time, but you guys in USA should push for a system like this to be legal (although I donno how your hijacking stats compare to ours)
They sell these things at a very good price, 3999.00 Rand for the car system and only 280.00 Rand for the handheld self defense system.
I know its got nuffin to do with knives, but thought Id let you guys check it out, brilliant systems, when it comes to weapons South African engineers make some brilliant stuff, wether it be this or the Rooi Valk chopper.
At times I am actually proud to be South African.
