The Temperance will definitely be used. I was planning on putting the Persian away, but I may need to get another one. :D

These are, without a doubt, the two finest knives I've ever had in my hands. It's interesting, one epitomizes what I would call "functional art", and the other is all about utility (It also happens to look good, IMO).

I agree with Scott. You just GOTTA use that Persian...a lot of things to discover with that model.

The Temp. Ahhhhh, this is just one of those design "styles" of sal's that I love. Sorta Calypso FB if you will. ;) Almost got one in a trade, but it never worked out. Oh well...
