You may not believe it, but squares A and B are the same shade of grey! I refused to accept it, but then I brought it up on windows paint and cut out the squares to compare them...and they are the same.
Wikipedia is the greatest :D There are plenty of other optical illusion examples there if you are interested in them.

Ok,,, so even after seeing the proof.. I am still having a hard time believing it.

I remember seeing this before, and did the same thing you did. To this day it is the only one that, though my mind knows it to be true, my eyes still don't believe it. Thanks for posting that one!
