I hear from a reliable source that the Szabofly is arriving in the stores. They should be available in the next few days. :)

Good LORD its about time... I preordered mine mid september. Hopefully my knife shop is one of the ones this thing is dribbeling into and not too many people preordered before me. On the upside, this is kinda like the time I finally got through Joyce's Ulysses (musta taken me a hundred tries), no matter how good it really was I knew I would like it because it took so damn long to finish!

Only kidding, I am sure the szabofly will be great on its own merit notwithstanding the amount of time it took to come out... nay, DUE to the length of time it took to finally depart the factory. Also, I loved Ulysses... I think...

I called SFO yesterday and full MSRP is $149.95. Mine came in yesterday it really is a very nice piece. I believe that the Spyderco "bali's" are going to be highly sought after the minute they get discontinued.

you read the entire ulysses? i'm impressed! i think that brings the worldwide count to 14. ;)

like finnegans wake, the most i can take of ulysses is to take if off the shelf a couple times a year and try to read a single page at random.

seriously, that's quite an accomplishment. you deserve a free szabofly for that! :)

Mine is in flight from a New Graham pre-order. They already sold out, Maybe this was just the first shipment??? It's gonna be one sweet knife. UPS don't fail me now.
