a co-worker who notgiced my interest in spydies just brought one in that he has had for at least 15 yrs by his account. it has a chamfered handle, 3 screw clip, serrated with minor nicks at the tip of the blade. 2 questions for you, first is this worth anything, second should i send in to the factory to have them freshen up the blade, it has never been sharpened. thanks

3rd. should i offer to buy it from him..lol

If it is in the condition you described, unless it was the "2 screw" version collectors would probably not be interested in it, so whether or not to buy it would depend on your interest in it as a carry piece.
