Hi,

I'm new on the site just wanted to say hi - been lurking around a bit. I think the site is great I'm learning a lot about spydies from you guys & girls (laddies). Hope all the Mom's had agreat Mother's Day with family & friends.

I think I need a change of jobs because some of your collections are absolutely beautiful. What I'm saying is that it mus be a combination of time and $$ to collect 100's of spydies.

Here are a few pictures of some of my spydies.

Hello Chuck and welcome to the forum,

Thanks for the pics. Hard to tell from the pics, but is that a swedge grind? It looks like it but I didn't know they did that with the Delica. Also noticed a silver clip. Did you do that too?

Thanks for the Welcome,

The knives were originally bought from ebay and sent to Chase Axinn so they are somewhat customized. A swedge was added to each, they were all given a bead blasted finish. The Endura's handles are thick & grippy G-10 (Green/Blue Tweed). Overall the knives are much better than when I first got them. Took about 2/3 weeks and cost approximately $100.00 total - I have nothing to do with him and am not selling anything just trying to give some facts

I own 19 other spydies been collecting them for a little over a year - have read The Spyderco Story and am really impressed with Sal & his staff.

Anyone interested about Chase could view his website:

Yes it is. It's also drilled for tip up carry (which I prefer). The only thing missing is a :spyder:co clip.
