I've seen several G11 handled models on this forum and also have a couple myself. I'm wondering, if someone knows of it's durability? How strong is it compared to G10? It looks delicate with it's "jade like" translucents. We know it is beautiful, but is it tough?
I will say this, I have carried a UKPK in G11 for a couple of weeks now and it still looks great. I dropped it on the concrete yesterday, cringed, then to my suprise found only three tiny specs (pits). That is my only experence, does anyone else?

According to one manufacturer - G10 and G11 both consist of an alkali-free electrically non-conductive glass woven fabric base impregnated with an epoxy resin binder. G11, also known as FR5, differs from G10, also known as FR4, in that it has higher mechanical strength, and retains that strength better at higher operating temperatures. For these reasons, it is widely used in the manufacture of electrical insulators.
It also appears to cost considerably more per square foot that G10. All in all, it sounds like it should stand up at least as well as G10, probably better.
