Just received a new FRN Matriarch and I'm impressed! A great design and the manufacturing is flawless. It's amazing how much imtimidation factor can be packed into a 3 ounce package. It won't be a knife I bring out in public too often.
Now for the overdue compliment - A number of months ago I posted regarding my new DULL FRN Native (it did not have the final bevel ground). Sal posted a response telling me to contact Mike in Warranty and Repair. I did and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. Great Customer service! He even telephoned me personally to iron out a problem!
The combination of Spyderco quality and service will keep me coming back for more!
