Hello everyone, just wanted to give a quick introduction as I am new to the forum.

Name is Vince, and I currently attend Drexel University in Philadelphia (anyone around the area?) and major in......something I haven't written down yet. This is my last summer before co-op (I'll explain if anyone is interested) so I'm just touching up on my micro and working to get myself a nice system (I'm a gamer at heart). Any questions feel free to ask; I'm interested in this whole spyderco. community.

Anyway, there isn't much more to tell you. Well, I lied, there is much more to tell you, but unless anyone has any questions, I won't waste my time typing an autobiography.

Good day all.

Welcome to the Forum Vince.

I think of a few of my friends went to Drexel, but they all graduated a few years back.

So what knives do you have? That's the important question. ;)

Thanks for the warm welcome all. Um.....I don't have one of these spyderco. knives yet. I am definitely thinking about picking one up, though. Anyone have any suggestions for someone not too experienced?

Do you have a particular preference on size or lock? Also, are you left or right handed?

That'll help us point you in the right direction.

My advice would be to goto the catalog portion of the site and look at the current offerings. Once you have a couple that look interesting, open up a thread with any questions you might have. It is always fun to encourage someone to get a new Spydie, naturally the ones I like are better than all the ones someone else might suggest. :D

Hello Vince,

And welcome here.

You don't need suggestions, because you won't get only one.

Enjoy your stay,

Simon

Haha is that right, psi?

Well, I am right handed, something small (yanno, the kind you can hide, pull out when the business has to be done, and then can be quickly put away) and as for my preference on locks.....I enjoy the lockable type.

Thanks all.
