Toolbars and Smilies?

I know I probaly just didn't read a post or something, but I can't seem to figure out how to use my Smilies and toolbars every since the forum maintinence on Tuesday. When I click on them nothing happens.

Help please?

I figured that out because I noticed other people using them. I can use them on other forums, and it wasn't a problem before Tuesday. I checked my user profile and didn't notice anything that would set them off. I also no longer have a radio button for manage attachments.

my toolbar and smilies don't work either any more, nor can i post attachments. i used to be able to. i've tried using firefox and internet explorer, but it doesn't seem to matter -- neither works.

at least i can post! but not being able to "show emotion" or post pics is really a drag.

I guess I should post some follow up.

Shortly after starting this thread, my smilies and toolbar became functional once again. Don't know how that happened, but thanks to whoever was responsible.:)
