Shabaria question.

I have one on the way and I was wondering if anyone has one and what they think about it.



Any info would be a great help on what they can tell me about the knife.

Hello Tex, and welcome to the Spyderco Forum! I recently purchased a Shabaria myself. I was hesitant at first because I did not like the way the handle looked on it. However, after playing with it for a day or so, I found the handle to be very comfortable and elegant. The blade design IMHO is awesome and the steel used is superb. The shabaria has quickly become one of my favs. You can't go wrong with a shabaria. <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

The handle is bead-blasted micarta and in the shape of an hourglass. The blade is VG-10 and 3 3/16&quot; long. Overall length when open is 8 5/8&quot;. Hope this helps you out. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>
