Transferred post from General - Gunting experiences

I had posted this on the General Forum and another forumite suggested that I post it here. I edited part of it and here goes:



I will be taking on martial arts again in the not-so-distant future, and I am considering learning something different. I have training in TKD and Hapkido, as well as a father who taught me various techniques as a child (he is a Judo and Aikido instructor in Mexico).



I started reading some posts regarding the Gunting, but most of them are from last year. I'd like to know from those who own this knife and the videos, how do you like the knife and the presentation in the videos? How has your overall experience with this knife been since you purchased and started using it? How has it complimented your experience and knowledge of other martial arts?

I guess I'm the wrong one to comment cause I personally really think its a cool design..
But I guess I should 'cause its mine.


Its the only tool designed to go from Non lethal to less than lethal to lethal..in the force continuum...
it comes as a functional trainer drone & Close Range Impact tool..( these stay @ Non lethal range)
According to Guns & Weapons for Law Enforcement Magazine " the Gunting Drone might just be the best less than lethal tool ever designed"..

hope others chip in good n bad to give you an over view..
