Ebay is your best bet. Amazon might have some. I got mine on Ebay.

Right now, definitely Amazon. There were a couple there at decent prices last time I looked. Have not seen a copy show up on eBay for quite a while.

Barnes & Noble has a used book business within their operation. Most of their brick & mortar stores have that option. I have been surprised at some of the books I found available through them.

You might also do a search for other used book vendors on the internet. You might be surprised at what is available. I found my Spyderco STory Book through a knife dealer who was going out of business. It is a MUST HAVE for any Spyderco fan
