Would you prefer stainless steel handles or FRN handles if there were no choiches for G-10 and every knife came with the option?

I really don't know, I am undecided between the two. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

If I could only have one of the two, I would have to go with FRN.

SS on medium and large knives, FRN on small. The SS just feels a lot more solid to me.

G-10 IMHO is the best there is.

That said, if I had to choose one of the others it would generally be SS, but I do need a black handled knife for when I'm in the office, so there still would be room for at least one FRN.

I'm not a big fan of FRN. Where there is an alternative I prefer to pay a little more and get G-10.

Kevlar Carbon Fibre. Like on the LCC. Looks great and is tough. After that, linen micarta, like on the custom Emersons.

I found that the ss delica slipped right in and out of my hands within a few seconds of holding it... darn sweaty hands

If SS and FRN were my only choices, I'd probably be in a world of hurt... I have never owned a SS handled knife that I can remember, and all or most FRN handled knives really don't appeal much to me. I prefer(and carry almost exclusively) titanium or G-10 handles on my folders and micarta or cordwrap on fixed.
