P'kal

The P'kal looks like it would be amazing at opening boxes, even though this is not its intended purpose, I think it would do better than a Tanto or my captain.

THe P'Kal has a very fine tip, so if you're using it as a box cutter you might want make sure that you don't either pierce the contents of the box, or damage the tip.

Think the Yojimbo or the Dodo would be better as box cutters. The P'kal would be better suited to doing ice scupture. :D

Ok, now that someone's mentioned th Yo and the P'kal in the same thread.... Is the P'kal's tip - Thinner, as thin, or thicker than the Yo?

I don't have a yojimbo, but do have a couple ronins. The pikal tip is thicker at the spine, and slightly less pointy.
