So who's going to try carving the bird with their favorite Spyderco?
4 Out of 5 voices recommend playing with matches; the 5th one tells me to play with sharp things. The Gatekeeper

I will be using my faithful snatoku to carve the bird and will be eating with either my military or dragonfly or both. Definitely going to use the military on the prime rib at christmas.

Yup it worked, my grandparents had never seen a knife that sharp. I didn't want my grandfather to slaughter the bird with a dull knife. Needless to say my grandparents will have a kitchen spydie or two waiting in their xmas stocking.

I bet one of the flat ground Catcherman would work really well. Those things are easily the thinnest bladed Spydies.
Plus it has got serations for the tough parts.
Any volunteers?
Of course, if someone would send me one of these little pretties i would do the testing myself. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

As an update to last year. The santoku was used and it kicked butt, as usual. That christmas I got my grandparents a small utility knife, se, a pairing knife, the santoku, and the 204 sharpmaker. They love them.
