I purchased a gerber EZout from them &amp; they sent it right away. I wonder what the problem is....they provided me with satisfactory customer service. As far as the price.....maybe they're a wholesaler.... I honestly don't know. what could be wrong. Well, I wish you the best of luck. bye!
