my wife has caught the bug

to day she come to me and say i want the kris raised her eyebrows and says think you can find me one. so a kris is on the way anybody out there tryed the kris and whats your opion on it. just for my own curiosity. i know this isn't a common knife but i have heard it mentioned i few times thanks to any kris lovers or haters for any info.
